Not one of the dividends meet inflation for the last quarter which was 5.2%, I think. That means you are losing money unless the price of the stock advances.

OPEC pleads: Stop overpumping. OPEC President Chakib Khelil called on members to stop exceeding the cartel's set quota - a move that would reduce supplies by 520K barrels a day. "It's definitely a defensive measure to keep prices above $100," an energy analyst said, calling the move a bit of a shock. OPEC kept its production quota unchanged at 28.8M barrels/day. Crude futures gained as much as 1.5% overnight, but are flat at 6:15 AM

ETFC is a long term stock! Like 20 yrs. if they are still in business. Put it in your IRA. You should be able to retire on it in 60 yrs.
If you like it at $3, you will love it at $2.
Customer service information is marginal. The simplest of things are not done. Never mind transfering an acct.

I notified the F>B>I> months ago regarding a mortgage broker scam. No response from them. I told them I had all the paperwork regarding the loan. All they had to do was look at it. Zero, zilch, nada.

I have had CMCSA forever. It is a loser. You would have to call this stock long term. Like 40 yrs. $44.27/sh is my buy in.
If every went right with this company I would still not buy it.

Service is marginal. I transfered $100,000 plus out of there to Scottrade. They are just as bad. Then transfered to TD. Same difference.
I do not see any difference in the three.

I also saw the Nightly Business Report you make referance to. Total dance around with no explicit replies.
Mr. Syron was more than a bit scattered. I remember thinking, whose in charge of the looney bin? Hopefully not him.
You do us investors an injustice by saying, " I found Syron a bit scattered, but perhaps this is to be expected when you are trying to manage a behemoth of a company through such a tight dilemma.
He has had years to "unscatter his brain" before this debacle. His salary proves it.
